New Blood, Bare Bones

The Bike Shed Theatre are looking for playwrights to respond to this statement. Four short plays will be selected for production from the 17th-21st July. Submissions should be 15-20 minutes long and need no more than four actors. Deadline for submissions is 31st May. Decisions will be made by the 11th June. The writers of the four plays that are selected will receive £150 each. This project is supported by Cartridges Law.

Each play will be performed off-book, but with minimal decor. Decisions will be made by a team of Bike Shed readers and we regret that we cannot offer any feedback on the scripts due to time constraints. Applications by e-mail only please, to scripts@bikeshedtheatre.co.uk.
