othandHayley is a high-flying management consultant with all the jargon. She doesn’t have much time any more for her boyfriend Steve, who spends his days playing computer games. Steve can mend Lydia’s printer but he can’t fix his own relationship. Hayley can restructure a company but has no idea how to go about changing her life. In a world where efficiency and performance are everything, how do we deal with the things that can’t be managed?
