Now we know what you’re thinking. It’s going to be really really serious and sad from now on. You’re not wrong, there is going to be some stuff in here that is sad. And serious. There’s also some things that are really confusing, and messy, and painful. But don’t worry. We’ve got pork scratchings. We’re just here to talk.
We’re opening up the conversation to those who don’t suffer from depression but want to try and understand it better. How do we as a society, as institutions and as friends cope with this illness and shatter the stigmas surrounding it?
